Periodic Increases in Security Amount and Requested Security Amount. (a) As and from each 1 July, the Security Amount and the Requested Security Amount shall be increased by the proportion by which the Index Number last published for the period immediately prior to the relevant 1 April has increased, over the Index Number published for the relevant period immediately prior to the preceding 1 April.
