Common use of Periodic Meetings with Developer Clause in Contracts

Periodic Meetings with Developer. From the Effective Date until Substantial Completion of the Project, Developer hereby agrees to meet with the UG at such intervals as Developer, the UG and any such designee of the UG shall mutually agree or reasonably request, and not more frequently than monthly, to review and discuss the design, development and construction of the Improvements and the Project.
