Periodic Review of Compliance. Assignor shall participate in the annual review of the Development Agreement conducted pursuant to Section 65865.1 of the California Government Code with respect to the Assignor Property, and Assignee shall have no responsibility therefor. Assignee shall participate in the annual review of the Development Agreement conducted pursuant to Section 65865.1 of the California Government Code with respect to the Transferred Property, and Assignor shall have no responsibility therefor.

Periodic Review of Compliance. In accordance with Gov. Code, § 65865.1, the City Council shall review this Development Agreement at least once each year, Developer must demonstrate its good-faith compliance with all of the terms of this Development Agreement. Developer agrees to furnish such evidence of good-faith compliance as the City, in the reasonable exercise of its discretion and after reasonable notice to Developer, may require.
Periodic Review of Compliance. City and Operator shall each comply in good faith with the terms of this Zoning Agreement. The Parties shall review this Zoning Agreement at least once every 12 months from the Effective Date for good faith compliance with its terms consistent with California Government Code §65865 and §65865.1 and City of Newport Beach Municipal Code §15.45.

  • Periodic Review The General Counsel shall periodically review the Procurement Integrity Procedures with OSC personnel in order to ascertain potential areas of exposure to improper influence and to adopt desirable revisions for more effective avoidance of improper influences.

  • Proof of Compliance Contractor shall provide the Board with all of the following: 1) proof that a valid occupancy permit for school usage has been obtained; 2) proof that an Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Management Plan has been completed, 3) Contracted Program Annual Budget for 2020-2021, 4) Program Annual Budget Expenditures Report for 2019-2020, if Contractor was under contract with MPS during that period, 5) proof of all insurance required under this Contract, 6) Contractor’s 2020-2021 calendar for the Educational Program, and 7) all other items required and set forth in the Contract Compliance Checklist attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Appendix K.

  • Log Reviews All systems processing and/or storing PHI COUNTY discloses to 11 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 12 must have a routine procedure in place to review system logs for unauthorized access.
