Workforce Housing. The Developer as a measure to promote the ownership or occupancy of workforce housing opportunities within the City agrees to the terms as outlined in Exhibit S.

Workforce Housing. Housing affordable to natural persons or families whose total annual household income does not exceed 140 percent of the area median income for Palm Beach County, adjusted for household size. It is a program to increase housing opportunities for people employed in Palm Beach County jobs to purchase housing at below market prices.
Workforce Housing. In addition to the affordable, or inclusionary, housing to be included as a component of the Project, Owner shall endeavor to develop some “workforce housing” as part of the residential component of the Project, “workforce housing” being that which targets households with incomes between 80% to 120% of the median income for the Burlington/South Burlington MSA, adjusted for household size, and it being understood that these voluntary efforts on the part of the Owner shall create no new legal obligation to create or maintain such housing.
Workforce Housing. The Agency shall cooperate in good faith with State Parks to provide opportunities, at purchase prices or rental charges established under the Below-Market Rate Housing Plan that is attached to and a part of the DDA (the “Housing Plan”) and subject to applicable fair housing laws, for up to eleven (11) Workforce Units (as defined in the Housing Plan) in the Candlestick Site to income-eligible employees of State Parks working in the CPSRA.

If the 551 units of for-sale housing are constructed in phases, then the Developer(s) shall provide 5% of the units for each phase until such time as a total of 28 units have been provided on the project site. C. If all, or a portion, of the 551 units of for-sale housing are instead developed as rental units, then 5% of the 551 units, or portion thereof, shall be set aside for families earning 150 percent of the median income. D. In no instance shall less than 49 units of Workforce Housing be located on the site, as rental or for-sale units.

Workforce Housing. A total of 82 units throughout the project (collectively, the “Workforce Units”) shall be identified from time to time and subject to the following affordability and workforce housing program. As further described below, the 82 Workforce Units shall include a combination of “80% AMI Restriction” units, “LIHTC Restriction” units, and the “Fire District Unit” (each as defined below). a. 80% AMI Restriction. Initially, 47 units shall be rent-restricted to individuals making no more than eighty percent (80%) of average median income (“AMI”) for Valley County, Idaho for the size of the household in question, as published from time to time by the Idaho Housing Finance Association, Inc. (“IHFA”) or any successor to IHFA responsible for administration of Housing Tax Credits under the 1986 Tax Reform Act.
