Workforce HousingThe Developer as a measure to promote the ownership or occupancy of workforce housing opportunities within the City agrees to the terms as outlined in Exhibit S.
Workforce HousingIn addition to the affordable, or inclusionary, housing to be included as a component of the Project, Owner shall endeavor to develop some “workforce housing” as part of the residential component of the Project, “workforce housing” being that which targets households with incomes between 80% to 120% of the median income for the Burlington/South Burlington MSA, adjusted for household size, and it being understood that these voluntary efforts on the part of the Owner shall create no new legal obligation to create or maintain such housing.
Workforce Housing. Housing affordable to natural persons or families whose total annual household income does not exceed 140 percent of the area median income for Palm Beach County, adjusted for household size. It is a program to increase housing opportunities for people employed in Palm Beach County jobs to purchase housing at below market prices.
Workforce HousingThe Mayor and City Council will continue to review the workforce housing needs of City employees and make policy adjustments as necessary. They will also work cooperatively with other entities to address the workforce housing needs of the City’s businesses and residents.

Workforce HousingThe Agency shall cooperate in good faith with State Parks to provide opportunities, at purchase prices or rental charges established under the Below-Market Rate Housing Plan that is attached to and a part of the DDA (the “Housing Plan”) and subject to applicable fair housing laws, for up to eleven (11) Workforce Units (as defined in the Housing Plan) in the Candlestick Site to income-eligible employees of State Parks working in the CPSRA.
Workforce Housing. The Developer shall construct or cause to be constructed a 2 minimum of 350 for-sale or for-rent “workforce housing” units (as hereinafter defined) 3 within the DRI within the timeframes set forth herein. Construction of at least 175 4 workforce housing units shall be commenced no later than issuance of the 4,840th 5 residential building permit within the DRI. Construction of the remaining 175 6 workforce housing units shall be commenced no later than issuance of the 1,080th 7 residential building permit for construction within DRI Phase III. “Workforce housing” 8 is defined as housing that is affordable to a person who earns less than 120 percent of 9 the area median income, or less than 140 percent of the area median income as well as 10 located in a county in which the median purchase price for a single family existing 11 home exceeds the statewide median purchase price of a single family existing home. A 12 “statewide median purchase price of a single family existing home” means the statewide 13 purchase price as determined in the Florida Sales Report, Single-Family Existing 14 Homes, released each January by the Florida Association of Realtors and the University 15 of Florida Real Estate Research Center. Such workforce housing shall be subject to a 16 recorded land use restriction with the City as a named third party beneficiary that shall 17 be for a period of not less than twenty (20) years and that includes resale provisions to 18 ensure long-term affordability for income-eligible homeowners and renters, such as but 19 not limited to, a cap on the resale price of a home that is tied to not more than a fixed 20 percentage above the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U). In its 21 eligibility review of perspective purchasers for such workforce housing units, the 22 Developer or its assigns may give priority status to persons working in the DRI or 23 within a three (3) mile radius of the DRI. Any rental of workforce housing, including 24 rental of units previously for sale to owner-occupants, shall be to persons meeting the 25 above affordability criteria through a program supervised by the City or housing 26 organization designated by the City to ensure that only persons meeting the income 27 limitations set forth above occupy such affordable housing during the twenty (20) year 28 deed restriction period. Workforce Housing. The Developer shall construct (3) three attached apartment units within the Commercial clinic building as set forth by Condition of Approval number 4 on Exhibit “B” of Town of Xxxxxx Ordinance 08-18, Series of 2018.
Workforce Housing. A total of 82 units throughout the project (collectively, the “Workforce Units”) shall be identified from time to time and subject to the following affordability and workforce housing program. As further described below, the 82 Workforce Units shall include a combination of “80% AMI Restriction” units, “LIHTC Restriction” units, and the “Fire District Unit” (each as defined below). a. 80% AMI Restriction. Initially, 47 units shall be rent-restricted to individuals making no more than eighty percent (80%) of average median income (“AMI”) for Valley County, Idaho for the size of the household in question, as published from time to time by the Idaho Housing Finance Association, Inc. (“IHFA”) or any successor to IHFA responsible for administration of Housing Tax Credits under the 1986 Tax Reform Act.
Workforce Housing. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx agrees to include workforce housing in the Development of the Magnolia Property. The number of owner occupied workforce Dwelling Units and/or rental workforce Dwelling Units (individually, a “Workforce Housing Unit” or collectively, the “Workforce Housing Units”) shall be no less than fifteen (15%) of the total Dwelling Units (the “Workforce Housing Requirement”) constructed within the Magnolia Property and shall be made available as set forth below. The Workforce Housing Requirement shall be located throughout the Magnolia Property, and Property Owner and City acknowledge and agree that the Workforce Housing Requirement shall apply to the Magnolia Property as a whole and not to each Development Parcel within the Magnolia Property.
