Periodic Right to Review/Update Insurance Requirements. The Department and Licensee agree that the insurance policy limits specified on the attached Contract requirement page may be reviewed for adequacy annually throughout the term of this Agreement by the Risk Manager, who may thereafter require Licensee to adjust the amounts and types of insurance coverage however the Risk Manager deems to be adequate and necessary.
