Common use of Periodic Update of Member Information Clause in Contracts

Periodic Update of Member Information. The information in a-j above (Member Notification) shall be electronically provided to the Federation every 120 days or tri- annually (three (3) times per year) commencing on or about the last working day in September, January, and May for all employees. The District shall not be required to provide an employee’s home or personal cellular telephone number or personal email address to the Federation if the employee does not provide such information to the District, has made a written request that such information not be released, or if the employee has an alternatively designated address pursuant to Government Code section 6207 [this pertains to victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse and stalking].
