Permanent Road Restoration. If the Company has excavated, broken up or otherwise disturbed the surface of a ROW, the requirements for the Company to complete the road restoration work shall be specified by the County, shall be completed by a person satisfactory to the County and the Company shall be responsible for all costs and expenses to complete the road restoration work. Temporary repair. Where weather limitations or other external conditions beyond the control of the Company do not permit it to complete a final repair to the ROW within the expected period of time, the Company may complete a temporary repair to the ROW; provided that, subject to Section 5.5, the Company replaces the temporary repair with a final repair within a reasonable period of time. All repairs to the ROW by the Company shall be performed in accordance with the Municipal Guidelines and to the satisfaction of the County.
