Permissions and Consents. 3.1.1 The landlord warrants that consent to let from his/ her mortgagee has been obtained, and 3.1.2 Where he/ she is a lessee, the lease extends beyond the term that he/ she proposes to let and that any necessary consents have been obtained, and 3.1.3 He/ she has notified his/ her insurance company of his/her intention to let and has obtained their agreement to extend the insurance cover on the property and its contents to cover the changed circumstance.
