PERMIT APPLICATION AND FEES. Applications for recreational access permits shall be written in ink upon forms prescribed by the commissioner and shall contain information the commissioner deems appropriate, or applications shall be submitted electronically if allowed by the commissioner’s web site. Each application shall be accompanied by the appropriate fees as posted on the web site from time to time, which shall be non-refundable, and which are subject to change without notice. The commissioner reserves the right to reject any and all applications if the commissioner determines such rejection is in the best interests of the trust.
