Permit the Landlord or the Landlord's Property Manager or anyone with the authority of the Landlord or the Landlord’s Property Manager Landlord at reasonable hours by no less than 24 hours prior written notice to show the Premises: - To potential tenants during the last two months of the Tenancy or other period of notice; - To potential purchasers in the event of the Landlord wishing to sell or otherwise deal with the reversion of the Premises with the benefit of the Tenancy at any time during the Tenancy.
