Common use of Permitted Testing Clause in Contracts

Permitted Testing. i) Required Tests Testing for alcohol/drug use is required under three different situations including: (a) Post-Accident: Conducted after accidents involving employees whose performance could have contributed to the accident, which results in personal injury that would, typically, require treatment at a medical provider and/or property damage (except incidental damage). The University may rely on the results of breath, blood, or urine tests administered by health officials to determine the presence of alcohol or controlled substances.
