Permitted to Stay. You shall be permitted to remain at StoneRidge for 120 days after the date of failure to pay, during which time you shall continue to pay reduced Monthly Charges based on your current income. Pursuant to Section 7.4, any amounts owed by you to us will be payable with interest;
