Permittees Must Observe DGC Constitution. Permittees are subject to and must observe the DGC Constitution, the District Council Constitution, and all bylaws, rules, regulations, orders, and decisions of the DGC National Executive Board, District Council Executive, its membership or their respective committees as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.
