Common use of Personal Accident Clause in Contracts

Personal Accident. a) Death; b) Total and permanent loss of sight in one or both eyes; c) Total loss by physical severance or total and permanent loss of use of one or both limbs; or d) Permanent and total inability to engage in any lawful occupation.
