Common use of Personal Accident Clause in Contracts

Personal Accident. This Section 4. shall apply to events that occur during the Policy Period If the Insured Person during the Policy Period suffers an Injury which results, within 365 consecutive days, in any Event described in the Benefits Table below, the Company will pay the percentage of the Sum Insured stated in the table for that Event.
