Common use of PERSONAL ACCIDENT BENEFIT Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL ACCIDENT BENEFIT. We will pay one of the Benefits shown below if, during the Period of Insurance, you sustain Bodily Injury, which shall solely and independently of any other cause, result within one year in case of: • Death • Loss of Limb • Loss of Sight • Permanent Total Disablement a) Only one Benefit shall be payable, b) Our Medical Advisors may examine you as often as they deem necessary in the event of a claim.
