Common use of PERSONAL ACCIDENT BENEFIT Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL ACCIDENT BENEFIT. 1. The Company will pay this benefit according to the percentage stated in the Compensation Table hereunder up to the maximum limits stated in the Table of Benefits in the event that an Accident occurred during the Journey results in the Insured Person’s death or any Permanent Disablement within 12 months from the date of the Accident. Provided that a) the maximum limit for the benefits under this Section for the Insured Person under the Age of 18 shall not exceed 50% of the maximum limit stated in the Table of Benefits.
