Personal Account Registration. All users of the Services (each "User") must register on the website (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx) to receive a CYFRON Personal Account before using the Services. To register a Personal Account, the User must indicate his or her real name, surname and patronymic, e-mail address, a document issued by a government institution that allows to establish your identity, registration address, account password, and accept the terms of the User Agreement, privacy policy and other additional documents. CYFRON may, at its discretion, refuse to register a potential User's Personal Account. The User agrees to provide complete and full information when opening a Personal Account and agrees to promptly update any information that it provides to CYFRON. Each registration is intended for only one User, and each User may have only one active Personal Account.

Personal Account Registration. All Users of the Services (each, a “User”) must sign up on the website to receive a Personal Account with the Company before using the Services. When registering a Personal Account, the Company may request from the User their real name, surname and patronymic, e-mail address, a document issued by a government agency that allows identifying the individual pursuant to applicable law, registration address and password, in accordance with the User Agreement policy, privacy policy, and other auxiliary documents. The Company may, at its discretion, refuse to register a potential User’s Personal Account. The user agrees to provide complete and accurate information when opening their Personal Account, and agrees to timely update any information provided to the Company.   • Exceptional Access to Thick Registration Data In case of a registrar failure, deaccreditation, court order, etc. that prompts the temporary or definitive transfer of its domain names to another registrar, at the request of ICANN, Registry Operator will provide ICANN with up-­‐to-­‐date data for the domain names of the losing registrar. The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow. The file will only contain data related to the domain names of the losing registrar. Registry Operator will provide the data as soon as commercially practicable, but in no event later than five (5) calendar days following ICANN’s request. Unless otherwise agreed by Registry Operator and ICANN, the file will be made available for download by ICANN in the same manner as the data specified in Section 3.1 of this Specification.

  • DIR Registration California Labor Code Section 1725.5 requires the Contractor and all subcontractors performing Public Works services to be currently registered with the DIR, as specified in California Labor Code Section 1725.5. California Labor Code Section 1771.1 provides that a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal (subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the California Public Contract Code), or engage in the performance of any contract for Public Work, unless currently registered and qualified to perform Public Work in accordance with California Labor Code Section 1725.5.   • Registration of Contractor All contractors and subcontractors must comply with the requirements of Labor Code Section 1771.1(a), pertaining to registration of contractors pursuant to Section 1725.5. Bids cannot be accepted from unregistered contractors except as provided in Section 1771.1. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. After award of the contract, Contractor and each Subcontractor shall furnish electronic payroll records directly to the Labor Commissioner in the manner specified in Labor Code Section 1771.4.
