Common use of Personal Benefit Clause in Contracts

Personal Benefit. Contractor may not enter into any contract or other arrangement for the use, purchase, sale lease or rental of real property, personal property or services funded with monies of this Contract if an employee, administrator, officer or director of Contractor may receive a financial or other valuable benefit as a result. The Department may grant exceptions to this prohibition where it determines that the circumstances warrant the granting of an exception.
