Personal Comfort and Convenience. The Plan does not provide Benefits, including when provided in conjunction with Hospice Care, for any personal comfort or convenience items, including but not limited to homemaker services, television rentals, television service, newspapers, telephones, telephone service, or guest services. No Benefits are available for food services, meals, formulas and supplements other than listed in the Covered Services section. No Benefits are available for services not directly related to the medical care of the Member, including estate planning, drafting of xxxxx, funeral counseling or arrangement of other legal services. Services provided by volunteers are not covered.
