Common use of Personal Computer Equipment Clause in Contracts

Personal Computer Equipment. No personal computers and/or personal electronic devices, such as 17 tablets and laptop computers, or any component thereof may be purchased with 18 funds provided under this Agreement, regardless of purchase price, without 19 prior written approval of ADMINISTRATOR. Any such purchase shall be in 20 accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the 21 same inventory control conditions specified in Subparagraphs 17.1.1 to 17.1.4 22 and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY 23 upon termination of this Agreement.

Personal Computer Equipment. No personal computers and/or personal electronic devices, such as 17 13 tablets and laptop computers, or any component thereof thereof, may be purchased with 18 14 funds provided under this Agreement, Agreement regardless of purchase price, without 19 15 prior written approval of ADMINISTRATOR. Any such purchase shall be in 20 16 accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the 21 17 same inventory control conditions specified in Subparagraphs 17.1.1 to 17.1.4 22 17.1.4, 18 and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY 23 19 upon termination of this Agreement.

Any such purchase thereof purchased 14 shall be in 20 accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be 15 subject to the 21 same inventory control conditions specified in Subparagraphs 17.1.1 Subparagraphs 16 19.1.1 to 17.1.4 22 19.1.4 and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the 17 property of COUNTY 23 upon termination of this Agreement.

Any such purchase shall be in 20 18 accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the 21 19 same inventory control conditions specified in Subparagraphs 17.1.1 to 17.1.4 22 20 and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY 23 21 upon termination of this Agreement.

Any such purchase personal computers 3 or any component thereof purchased shall be in 20 accordance with computer 4 specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the 21 same inventory 5 control conditions specified in Subparagraphs 17.1.1 to 17.1.4 22 and, at the 6 sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY 23 upon 7 termination of this Agreement.
