Maximum Contractual Funding Obligation Clause Samples
Maximum Contractual Funding Obligation. The maximum funding obligation of COUNTY under this Amendment shall not exceed the amount of $13,00016,250,000, or actual allowable costs, whichever is less. The estimated annual amount for each twelve (12) month period is as follows:
19.1.1 $3,250,000 for July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019;
19.1.2 $3,250,000 for July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020;
19.1.3 $3,250,000 for July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021; and
19.1.4 $3,250,000 for July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022; and 19.1.5 $3,250,000 for July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
Maximum Contractual Funding Obligation. The maximum funding obligation of COUNTY under this Contract shall not exceed the amount of $14,180,000, or actual allowable costs, whichever is less for the term of January 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025.

Maximum Contractual Funding Obligation. 19.7.1 Total estimated aggregate annual contract amount between three (3) CONTRACTORS is $675,000. The estimated aggregate annual amount are estimated and subject to modification, providing that such modifications do not change the County’s total aggregate contract amount stated in Subparagraph 19.7.2 of this Contract.
19.7.2 Total aggregate contract amount between three (3) CONTRACTORS) is $2,025,000.
Maximum Contractual Funding Obligation. The maximum funding obligation of COUNTY for Exhibit C of this Agreement, TECH services, shall not exceed the amount of $210,000, or actual allowable costs, whichever is less.
Maximum Contractual Funding Obligation. 20.1.1 COUNTY shall pay to CONTRACTOR, monthly in arrears, the rate of reimbursement for the services provided under this Agreement, as established by the State of California, as stated in CDSS Manual of Policies and Procedures, Division 11, Chapter 11-425.1. Payments shall accrue from the date a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Youth/NMD is placed and terminate on the date before the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Youth/NMD is discharged, removed, runs away, or otherwise leaves CONTRACTOR’s facility. No payment shall accrue to CONTRACTOR if the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Youth/NMD is placed and removed from CONTRACTOR’s facility and placed in another facility on the same day, i.e., the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Youth/NMD must spend the night in CONTRACTOR’s facility before payment will accrue.
20.1.2 An approved STRTP CONTRACTOR shall be reimbursed at the STRTP rate, as determined by CDSS in accordance with WIC Section 11462(c).
20.1.3 COUNTY reserves the right to utilize bed holds to reserve or preserve placement of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Youth/NMDs within CONTRACTOR’s facility so long as CONTRACTOR is in agreement with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Youth/NMDs acceptance into program or remaining in the program upon their return. It is CONTRACTOR’s responsibility to obtain written authorization of bed holds from COUNTY representative. Payments will be reimbursed by COUNTY to CONTRACTOR to cover the duration of the authorized bed hold at the predetermined daily rate established for the timeframe indicated by the State of California, as stated in CDSS Manual of Policies.
20.1.4 Upon prior written approval of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Youth’s/NMD’s Social Worker/Probation Officer, COUNTY may continue to pay for residential care for up to fourteen (14) calendar days when a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Youth/NMD leaves CONTRACTOR’s facility prior to the planned placement change date (e.g., runaway) if CONTRACTOR has agreed to take the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Youth/NMD back immediately upon notice during the period of continued payment.
Maximum Contractual Funding Obligation. The maximum funding obligation of COUNTY under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of $5,027,552, or actual allowable costs, whichever is less. The annual amount for each twelve (12) month period is as follows:
19.1.1 $658,000 for July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019;
19.1.2 $658,000 for July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020; and
19.1.3 $658,000 for July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.; and
19.1.4 $658,000 for July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. Allowable Costs During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, inat its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for June 2019, 2020, and 2021, and 2022, during the month of such anticipated expenditure..”

19.1.3 $175,000 for July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021;
