PERSONAL DATA AND DATA PROCESSING. 2.1 The DPA forms part of the company's Terms of Service (“Customer Agreement”) entered into between the Processor and the Controller. As part of the Processor’s performance of the Customer Agreement, the Processor processes on behalf of the Controller personal data concerning the Controller’s employees and external consultants (“Data Subjects”).
