Common use of Personal Effects Insurance Clause in Contracts

Personal Effects Insurance. a. The Board shall provide insurance coverage for teachers to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per member, per annum, subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) deductible, to cover loss of personal items related to educational use only. This includes personal items stolen from a vehicle but does not include damage to the vehicle itself.
