Common use of Personal (Employee Only) Health Care Spending Account Clause in Contracts

Personal (Employee Only) Health Care Spending Account. Effective the month following the date of ratification (i.e. January 24, 2015), a Personal Health Care Spending Account will be established for eligible employees for para-medical services. There will be a $200 annual spending limit per employee and it is understood that there will be no carry over from one calendar year to the next. Appropriate documentation is required to utilize the program. Para-medical services are defined as: Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage, Naturopathic services and Orthotics. Effective upon ratification the annual spending limit per employee will be $300.00
