PROFICIENCY DEMONSTRATION. The candidate selected under ii) Selection Criteria will be asked to complete and be successful in doing a three part CNC Proficiency Test before being granted the trial period. The CNC Proficiency Test will include: Blue Print Reading, General Machining, and Specific CNC Operating Knowledge. Regardless of the candidate’s test results, the Company will review the results of the test with the candidate and make recommendations to the employee in order to assist him in improving his knowledge and skills. The recommendations may include community college courses, local training and/ or other appropriate upgrades. If the candidate selected under ii) Selection Criteria is not successful, the Company will provide the proficiency test to the next candidate.

PROFICIENCY DEMONSTRATION. Once enabled, each COG operating under this agreement must demonstrate their ability to compose and send a message through the IPAWS-OPEN system at regular intervals. Such demonstration must be performed on a monthly basis through generation of a message successfully sent through the IPAWS-OPEN Training and Demonstration environment.
PROFICIENCY DEMONSTRATION. PART B The objective of this part is for the Offeror to describe what eligibility criteria are necessary in order to deliver on the core competencies identified in the aforementioned Part A. Part B is an opportunity for the Offeror to demonstrate that they are knowledgeable on what it takes to provide project deliverables to the Government, including any discriminating subject matter expertise. This part is not for providing company experience or personnel resumes. The Offeror shall describe, in detail, what requirements are needed in order deliver on the core competencies listed in Part A. For example, an Offeror having as a core competency of infectious disease research under Proficiency Area 4 would need (1) a company Health & Human Services-certified Federal-wide Assurance and BSL-4 company laboratory and (2) personnel eligibility criteria requirements versed in epidemiology, and phlebotomy.
PROFICIENCY DEMONSTRATION. The Offeror shall submit a Proficiency Demonstration (Parts A, B and C) for each Proficiency Area offered. Proficiency Demonstrations shall be numbered with the same number of the Proficiency Area stated within the Self-Scoring Worksheet.
PROFICIENCY DEMONSTRATION. The top two candidates given preference will be asked to complete a two-part CNC proficiency test before being granted the trial period. If more then one employee passes the proficiency test, then the employee with the highest seniority will be granted the trial period.
PROFICIENCY DEMONSTRATION.  Each employee will have to demonstrate verbal fluency in English and the required second language.  Additionally, to receive Bi-Literate pay, the employee must pass the National Reporting System Certification or another agency-approved certification process that demonstrates the employee possesses the needed literacy skills in the second language.  Eligible employees must request assessment through Human Resources.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Technical Objections to Grievances It is the intent of both Parties of this Agreement that no grievance shall be defeated merely because of a technical error, other than time limitations in processing the grievance through the grievance procedure. To this end, an arbitration board shall have the power to allow all necessary amendments to the grievance and the power to waive formal procedural irregularities in the processing of a grievance, in order to determine the real matter in dispute and to render a decision according to equitable principles and the justice of the case.

  • EODUF Packing Specifications 7.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of ninety-nine (99) packs and a minimum of one (1) pack.
