Personal Information Defined. For the purposes of this section, “Personal Information” means any information provided by Company or collected by Developer in connection with this Agreement (a) that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, or (b) from which identification or contact information of an individual person can be derived. Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, social security number or other government-issued identifier, and credit card information. Additionally, to the extent any other information (such as, but not necessarily limited to, a personal profile, unique identifier, biometric information, and/or Internet Protocol address) is associated or combined with Personal Information, then such information also will be considered Personal Information.
Personal Information Defined. As used herein, “Personal Information” shall have the definition set forth in the Personal Information Protection Act, 815 ILCS 530/5 (“PIPA”).

For purposes of this Agreement, “personal information” means the following: social security number; personal identification number; password; passcode; official state or government-issued driver’s license or identification card number; government passport number; employer, student or military identification number; health insurance identification number; financial transaction device (i.e., any instrument or device whether known as a credit card, banking card, debit card, electronic fund transfer card, or guaranteed check card, or account number representing a financial account or affecting the financial interest, standing, or obligation of or to the account holder, that can be used to obtain cash, goods, property, or services or to make financial payments, but shall not include a “check”, a “negotiable order of withdrawal”, and a “share draft” as defined in C.R.S. § 18-5-205, as amended); biometric data generated from measurements or analysis of human body characteristics for the purpose of authenticating an individual when s/he accesses online accounts; or any information about a person’s medical or mental health treatment or diagnosis by a health care professional.
Personal Information Defined. “Personal Information” for purposes of this section means information that the Company processes on Customer’s behalf that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with or linked to a particular identifiable person or household and includes, without limitation, “personal information” as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended, and as defined by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada). For avoidance of doubt and not limitation, de-identified or aggregated information that is no longer reasonably capable of being associated with or linked to a particular identifiable person or household (“Anonymized Information”), will not be deemed Personal Information even if such information was derived from Personal Information. The Company may use and disclose Anonymized Information without limitation or restriction.
