Personal Injury; Property Claims. All Claims arising from or in connection with: (i) the death or bodily injury of any agent, employee, customer, business invitee, business visitor or other Person caused by the negligence or other tortious conduct of Customer (or Customer Agents), or the failure of Customer (or Customer Agents) to comply with its obligations under the Agreement; and (ii) the damage, loss or destruction of any real or tangible personal property caused by the negligence or other tortious conduct of Customer (or Customer Agents), or the failure of Customer (or Customer Agents) to comply with its obligations under the Agreement.
