Trustee’s Actions. Subject to the provisions of this Clause 25:
Trustee’s Actions. The Trustee shall be deemed conclusively to have complied with the provisions of subsections (b) and (d) if it makes payments in accordance with the certifications and directions of the Borrower provided in accordance with such subsections. The Trustee shall not be required to take any actions required under subsections (b) and (d) in the absence of such certifications of the Borrower.
Trustee’s Actions. The Trustee hereby agrees that it shall do all things necessary to disburse the Released Pooled Shares to the Shareholders in accordance with Clause 2.1 above, including executing and delivering all documents required to effect the disbursement of the Released Pooled Shares to SMIH in accordance with the terms thereof.
