Personal Property/Equipment. MFA shall have no responsibility for the loss, theft, mysterious disappearance of, or damage to equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and other personal property of Supplier or its agents or employees that are brought onto MFA premises or stored at MFA, except for damage caused by the direct and sole negligence of MFA.
