PERSONAL VEHICLE COMPENSATION. A. The County, subject to authorization and in compliance with the rules covering the use of private vehicles, agrees to compensate employees for the use of the individual's vehicle while traveling on County business. Such employees shall be reimbursed at the established County rate per mile or applicable state rate whichever is greater, and in accordance with County policy for use of said personal vehicle.
