Common use of Personnel Documents Clause in Contracts

Personnel Documents. Contractor shall ensure that all its personnel and shall require of its Subcontractors that its personnel performing the Work are in possession of all such documents (including, without limitation, visas, driver’s licenses and work permits) as may be required by any and all Applicable Laws.

Personnel Documents. Contractor shall ensure that all (with respect to its personnel employees), and shall require cause all Subcontractors to ensure (with respect to their respective employees), that at the time of its Subcontractors that its hiring, all personnel performing providing the Work Services are in possession of all such documents (including, without limitation, including visas, driver’s licenses and work permits) as may be required by any and all Applicable Laws. Contractor shall provide any such documentation to Owner in a timely fashion in order for Owner to comply with any request or requirement of any Governmental Authority.
