Common use of Personnel & Equipment Clause in Contracts

Personnel & Equipment. The Parties agree that the number and types of any subcontractors, dealers, distributors, personnel, or specialized equipment which may be required to furnish Products & Services to Program Participants will be determined by Winning Supplier. Winning Supplier agrees to engage the number and types of subcontractors, personnel, and/or specialized equipment necessary to furnish the types of Products & Services to all Program Participants throughout the Term of this Master Agreement and any Customer Agreement.

Winning Supplier agrees to engage the number and types of subcontractors, personnel, and/or specialized equipment necessary to furnish the types of Products & Services as specified in Appendix B to all Program Participants throughout the Term Term, as defined in Appendix A, of this Master Agreement and any Customer Agreement.
