Personnel Performance. The Company shall enforce discipline and good order at all times among the Company's employees and all Subcontractors. All persons engaged by the Company for Design/Build Work shall have requisite skills for the tasks assigned. The Company shall employ or engage and compensate engineers and other consultants to perform all engineering and other services required for the Design/Build Work. All firms and personnel performing Design/Build Work, including Subcontractor firms and personnel, shall meet the licensing and certification requirements imposed by Applicable Law.
