Persons in Deferred Retirement. Status as of January 1, 1991 (1) A retiree with at least ten (10) full years of City service shall be eligible for fifty percent (50%) of the City's retiree insurance contribution as identified in subsection 8.8(a) above. (2) A retiree with twenty (20) full years or more of City service shall be eligible for one hundred percent (100%) of the City's retiree insurance contribution as identified in subsection 8.8(a) above. (3) Retirees must be at least 50 years of age. (4) There is no eligibility to such health insurance contribution or dental benefit for retirees with less than ten (10) full years of City service or who have not attained the age minimum specified in subsection 8.8(b) above.
