Common use of PERSONS TO BE SERVED Clause in Contracts

PERSONS TO BE SERVED. In order to receive services through the DMC-ODS, the Client 25 must be enrolled in Medi-Cal, reside in Orange County, and meet medical necessity criteria, as outlined 26 below.

PERSONS TO BE SERVED. In order to receive services through the DMC-ODS, the Client 25 17 must be enrolled in Medi-CalCal or plan to enroll in Medi-Cal , reside in Orange County, and meet medical 18 necessity criteria, as outlined 26 below.
