Common use of PERSONS TO BE SERVED Clause in Contracts

PERSONS TO BE SERVED. Contractor’s personnel shall provide services to inpatients and/or outpatients of County and may include the provision of home care services for County patients. Services shall be limited to services requested by the patient’s attending physician.

PERSONS TO BE SERVED. Contractor’s personnel shall provide services to inpatients and/or outpatients of County Facility and may include the provision of home care services for County patients. Services shall be limited to those services requested by the patient’s attending physicianphysicians.

PERSONS TO BE SERVED. Contractor’s personnel shall provide services to inpatients and/or outpatients of County Facility and may include the provision of home care services for County patients. Services shall be limited to those services requested by the patient’s attending physician, dentist, or in the case of services that are not specifically provided to an individual patient, by County Facility’s Administrator.
