PERTINENT INFORMATION - ASSOCIATION. The Board will provide the Association with copies of the agenda and minutes of all open session Board meetings and will, from time to time in response to reasonable written requests, furnish any information which may be necessary for the Association to process any grievance or complaint. The Board will also furnish annual financial reports and audits, a register of certified personnel, budget prior to approval, treasurer's reports, enrollment data, and all other information as requested which will assist the Association in developing intelligent, accurate, informed, and constructive programs on behalf of the teachers and the students of District 162.
