Unit 24 physicians assigned to a shift in Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pavilion, who are held over for at least one-half of a second complete consecutive shift consisting of the same or greater number of hours as the first shift, because the scheduled physician did not show or called in too late to be replaced, shall be compensated straight time for all hours worked on the second shift.
