Unit Conversion. For purposes of this Cloud Access Exhibit 1.I and for Eligible Subscriptions transferred to a Vendor’s Cloud, the Unit of measurement for an Eligible Subscription purchased for on-premise use will be the Unit of measurement for a BYOS Unit as set forth at the conversion table located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/en/technologies/cloud-computing/cloud-access. For those Eligible Subscriptions that were originally sold for use in a Vendor’s Cloud, no conversion is required. The number of simultaneous Cloud Access Units in the Vendor Cloud will not exceed the total number of Units (a) transferred from Eligible Subscriptions and/or (b) purchased for use in a Vendor Cloud.

Unit Conversion. For purposes of this Cloud Access Exhibit 1.J and for each BYOS, the Unit of measurement for an Eligible Subscription purchased for on- premise use will be converted to a different Unit of measurement for a BYOS Unit for use in a Cloud. The conversion table at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/forms/cloud-access-registration identifies how a Unit converts from an Eligible Subscription Unit purchased for on-premise use to the corresponding BYOS Unit. For those Eligible Subscriptions that were originally sold for use in a Vendor’s Cloud, no conversion is required. The number of simultaneous BYOS Units in the Vendor Cloud will not exceed the total number of Units (a) transferred from Eligible Subscriptions and/or (b) purchased for use in a Vendor Cloud.

If this multiplication results in a fraction, when added to other semester units, within one-half unit of the required units for qualifying for the next class, the employee shall be placed on the next class. Such rounding off applies only on total credit between column moves.

Unit Conversion. Quarter units are converted to semester units by multiplying the quarter units by 2/3. If the multiplication results in a fraction that when added to the other semester units is more than 0.5 units, credit on per unit pay shall be given for the whole unit. Each time unit credit is awarded, such calculation shall be made considering all quarter units credited.
Unit Conversion. A Unit 24 SAN employee scheduled, and working, a repeating schedule of more than 20 hours per week for eight (8) consecutive pay periods may apply to convert to regular status provided there is a budgeted and posted position available. This section does not apply to Unit 24 SAN employees with regular schedules of .5 FTE or greater which result from coverage of another employee’s vacation, leave of absence, or extended leave or those SAN employees covering for various shifts due to intermittent absences. In the event the absent employee fails to return to work, the Unit 24 SAN employees providing coverage shall be given the immediate option to convert to a Unit 18 .5 FTE position prospectively upon the effective date of the absent employee’s date of separation of employment from AHS.
