Common use of Pesticides Clause in Contracts

Pesticides. The tenant will make all decisions on which pesticides are to be used on crops grown on the land. The tenant and landlord will agree on which pesticides can be used on the land as stated in the cropping plan. In addition to the cropping plan, by December 31 of each year of this lease, the tenant must supply the landlord with a listing of what pesticides were applied to crops growing on the land over the past cropping season. The tenant is prohibited from using the following pesticides, unless mutually agreed upon:
