Pet Fee Sample Clauses
Pet Fee. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay. This fee will be charged to your account prior to check-out to cover the cost of deep-cleaning the room in preparation for our next guest.
Pet Fee. If a pet has been approved by the Landlord to reside with the Tenant in the Tenant’s premises, a monthly pet fee of $50 per pet will be added to the rent as an additional charge.

Your pet(s) should have all recommended vaccinations currently up-to-date, and you agree to obtain and provide current records from a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet(s) should Sirata Beach Resort & Conference Center request this information from you at any time. ⮚ Leashes. Pets should be leashed or restrained at all times in public spaces in the hotel or on the property. ⮚ Supervision. Pets should be supervised at all times while in the hotel or on the property.
