Pet Fee. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay. This fee will be charged to your account prior to check-out to cover the cost of deep-cleaning the room in preparation for our next guest.

Your pet(s) should have all recommended vaccinations currently up-to-date, and you agree to obtain and provide current records from a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet(s) should Sirata Beach Resort & Conference Center request this information from you at any time. ⮚ Leashes. Pets should be leashed or restrained at all times in public spaces in the hotel or on the property. ⮚ Supervision. Pets should be supervised at all times while in the hotel or on the property.
Pet Fee. Please note that a non-refundable pet fee of $75.00 per stay will be charged to your account prior to checkout to cover the cost of additional and necessary cleaning in preparation for our next guest. If room fumigation is required due to pest infestation, additional fee over and above the cleaning fee will apply. No more than two (2) pets may occupy a guestroom.
Pet Fee. Concurrently with Xxxxxx’s execution of this Addendum, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee of $ (the “Pet Fee”). The Pet Fee is not a part of the Security Deposit under the Lease and is not an advanced payment of Rent. The Pet Fee is paid by Tenant in consideration of Landlord’s agreement to permit Tenant to keep the Pet in the Premises and shall not be returned to Tenant under any circumstances.

In the event that Owner or Owner’s Agent gives written authorization to Tenant allowing a pet in or around the Premises, Xxxxxx agrees to pay an additional pet fee in the amount of $ upon the execution of this Agreement, which in non-refundable. The pet deposit does not preclude additional damage charges being made by Owner. In addition, The Eastwood Shores IV Association’s Pet Addendum shall be applied for and approval required and enforced for the term of this Agreement. Pets over twenty (25) pounds are NOT allowed on the condominium property, nor is more than two pets per Unit permitted.
