Pet Deposit. In general, Tenants cannot keep any pets without informing the Landlord. This agreement will solidify that written consent from the Landlord is required to keep a pet on the premises and that a pet security deposit (in case the pet causes any property damage) will be assessed before the pet can be brought to the premises. Pet Deposit a. If tenant has a pet, the tenant must pay the amount of $300.00 to be held by DMMHA as a pet deposit, in addition to the security deposit. Within thirty (30) days after the tenant(s) vacate the above property, DMMHA will mail to the tenant(s) forwarding address or last known address a pet deposit disposition detailing how the pet deposit was spent, if any, including but not limited to costs for damages or carpet cleaning. If tenant(s) are to receive a refund of any portion of the pet deposit according to the disposition document, DMMHA will issue the check and mail to the forwarding address or the last known address.

Pet Deposit. A. A pet deposit of $150.00 will be charged for each pet. This deposit is payable in advance and will be fully refundable at the time the tenant moves or disposes of the pet, provided that no pet-related damage has occurred to the unit. A deposit of $300.00 will be charged for each pet where an alternate caregiver is not designated. An exemption from pet deposit charges will be made for fish in bowls of less than three gallon capacity and for small birds, such as parakeets, canaries, or finches, unless there is no designated alternate caregiver, in which case, the deposit of $150.00 per pet remains. Management reserves the right to change this deposit amounts at any time as required to keep up with the cost of making pet-related damage repairs, cleaning, and insect infestation treatment, or boarding pets.

Pet Deposit. The Resident(s) shall pay to Trem|Wel Energy, LLC a pet deposit in the amount of $400.00 per pet maximum two pet species, one pet per species. No deposit is required for small fish. If the lessee has a pet prior to moving on property, the deposit must be paid prior to or upon move-in. If the pet is obtained during the lease term, payment of said deposit is due before pet is brought into the dwelling unit or onto its yard(s). Full payment of the deposit is required regardless of the length of time the pet occupies the dwelling unit.
