Pet Deposit a. If tenant has a pet, the tenant must pay the amount of $300.00 to be held by DMMHA as a pet deposit, in addition to the security deposit. Within thirty (30) days after the tenant(s) vacate the above property, DMMHA will mail to the tenant(s) forwarding address or last known address a pet deposit disposition detailing how the pet deposit was spent, if any, including but not limited to costs for damages or carpet cleaning. If tenant(s) are to receive a refund of any portion of the pet deposit according to the disposition document, DMMHA will issue the check and mail to the forwarding address or the last known address. b.
