PET PENALTY. If Tenant obtains a pet WITHOUT written permission from the Landlord, Tenant agrees to pay an immediate fine of five hundred ($500) dollars per Pet and this fine is over and beyond any Deposit already paid and Pet Deposit required for a pet. Fine MUST be paid, and Pet MUST be removed from the Premises, until Landlord has given written authorization for Pet(s) to be in or on the Premises.

  • Late Payment Penalty When a Member or a Specified Corporate User neglects to fulfill the executing monetary obligations under this Agreement, or an Individual Contract, the Member or a Specified Corporate User shall pay the delayed payment to DBS at an annual rate of 14.6% on a pro rata basis (calculated on a daily basis with a year being equal to 365 days).

  • Work Hour Penalty Eight hours of labor constitute a legal day's work, and forty hours constitute a legal week's work. Pursuant to Section 1813 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Contractor shall forfeit to the County Twenty Five Dollars ($25) for each worker employed in the execution of this Contract by the Contractor or by any subcontractor for each calendar day during which such worker is required or permitted to work more than the legal day's or week's work, except that work performed by employees of said Contractor and subcontractors in excess of the legal limit shall be permitted without the foregoing penalty upon the payment of compensation to the workers for all hours worked in excess of eight hours per day of not less than 1-1/2 times the basic rate of pay.

  • Civil Penalty ORLY shall issue two separate checks for a total amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) as penalties pursuant to California Health & Safety Code § 25249.12 as follows: (a) one check made payable to the State of California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) in the amount of three hundred and seventy five dollars ($375.00), representing 75% of the total penalty; and (b) one check to Xxxx Xxxxxxx in the amount of one hundred and twenty five dollars ($125.00), representing 25% of the total penalty. Additionally, two separate 1099’s shall be issued for the above payments. The first 1099 shall be issued to OEHHA, PO Box 4010, Sacramento, CA 95184 (EIN: 00-0000000) in the amount of $375.00. The second 1099 shall be issued in the amount of $125.00 to Xxxx Xxxxxxx be addressed to Xxxx Xxxxxxx C/O Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Law Corporation and shall be delivered to Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Law Corporation, 0000 X. Xxxxxxxxx, #649, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. At ORLY's request, Xxxxxxx'x counsel shall provide ORLY with a W-9 for Xxxxxxx prior to the Effective Date.

  • Prepayment Penalty Each Mortgage Loan that is subject to a Prepayment Penalty as provided in the related Mortgage Note is identified on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that has a Prepayment Penalty feature, each such Prepayment Penalty is enforceable and will be enforced by the Seller during the period the Seller is acting as Interim Servicer for the benefit of the Purchaser, and each Prepayment Penalty is permitted pursuant to federal, state and local law. Each such Prepayment Penalty is in an amount not more than the maximum amount permitted under applicable law and no such Prepayment Penalty may be imposed for a term in excess of five (5) years with respect to Mortgage Loans originated prior to October, 1, 2002. With respect to Mortgage Loans originated on or after October 1, 2002, the duration of the Prepayment Penalty period shall not exceed three (3) years from the date of the Mortgage Note unless the Mortgage Loan was modified to reduce the Prepayment Penalty period to no more than three (3) years from the date of the related Mortgage Note and the Mortgagor was notified in writing of such reduction in Prepayment Penalty period. With respect to any Mortgage Loan that contains a provision permitting imposition of a premium upon a prepayment prior to maturity: (i) prior to the Mortgage Loan's origination, the Mortgagor agreed to such premium in exchange for a monetary benefit, including but not limited to a rate or fee reduction, (ii) prior to the Mortgage Loan's origination, the Mortgagor was offered the option of obtaining a mortgage loan that did not require payment of such a premium, and (iii) the Prepayment Penalty is disclosed to the Mortgagor in the mortgage loan documents pursuant to applicable state, local and federal law. This representation and warranty is a Deemed Material and Adverse Representation;

  • Civil Penalty Payment Pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 25249.7(b)(2), and in settlement of all claims alleged in the Notice or referred to in this Settlement Agreement, XR agrees to pay two thousand ($2,000.00) in civil penalties.   • Prepayment Penalties Any provisions in your consumer credit contract, loan, security, or account agreements that are determined to be inconsistent with or contradictory to these disclosures or the MLA (as they may be changed or amended from time to time) are inapplicable with regard to this loan. However, all other terms and conditions of the consumer credit contract shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Contractual Penalty If the Contractor refuses or fails to duly complete the Assignment after the Assignment Order has been awarded to the Contractor and signed in accordance with this Agreement, the Company is entitled to request the Contractor to pay a contractual penalty in the amount of 10% (ten percent) of the Fee for the respective Assignment.
