Common use of Petition for Improvements Clause in Contracts

Petition for Improvements. Developer herein petitions the City to construct as a part of the City's Improvement Project No. 23-14, and/or any other City project deemed appropriate by the City (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “City Project”), which City Project improvements are referred to as “Petition Items” in attached Exhibit 2. Xxxxxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that part of the City Project is constructed and part is to be constructed.

Petition for Improvements. Developer herein petitions the City to construct as a part of the City's Improvement Project No. 2324-14, 03 and/or any other City project deemed appropriate by the City (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “City Project”), which City Project improvements are referred to as “Petition Items” in Section I of attached Exhibit 2. Xxxxxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that part of the City Project is constructed and part is to be constructed.

Developer herein petitions the City to construct as a part of the City's Improvement Project No. 23-1406 (herein referred to as “Project No. 23-06” or “City’s Improvement Project No. 23-06”), and/or any other City project deemed appropriate by the City improvements referred to as “Petition Items” in Exhibit 2, attached hereto and incorporated herein (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “City Project”), which City Project improvements are referred to as “Petition Items” in attached Exhibit 2. Xxxxxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that part of the City Project is constructed and part is to be constructed.
