PF Act Registration. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence, in a form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, that any such New Fund Group Borrower, AIV Borrower or Parallel Fund Borrower, as applicable, that is required to be registered with CIMA pursuant to the PF Act is so registered;

PF Act Registration. Evidence, in a form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, that such Borrower Applicant that is required to be registered with CIMA pursuant to the PF Act in order to accept capital contributions from Investors for the purposes of investments is so registered;

PF Act Registration. Evidence, in a form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, that such Guarantor Applicant that is required to be registered with CIMA pursuant to the PF Act in order to accept capital contributions from Investors for the purposes of investments is so registered;
