Guarantor Applicant definition

Guarantor Applicant means the entity which makes application to the Authority for the debt, sponsors the project, and provides the repayment funds. Notwithstanding the use of a conduit issuer and any credit enhancement, the Guarantor Applicant is the entity whose credit is reviewed by the investors or credit enhancers as the underlying source of repayment funds.
