PFS PROJECT DESCRIPTION. A. Contractual Framework and Overview of the Contract and Ancillary Agreements This Contract shall govern the rights and obligations of the Parties in connection with the PFS Project. In addition to this Contract, the Parties acknowledge that the Ancillary Agreements listed in Annex D hereto are necessary for the performance by the Parties of their obligations hereunder and for the performance of the PFS Project.
