Common use of Phase 2 Clause in Contracts

Phase 2. Xxxxx 0, Xxxxxx to Non-Market, consists of the continuation of all Phase 1 elements (except those that have been completed or due to other circumstances cannot be continued) and, in addition, may consist of the following elements: (a) Reciprocal coordination of flowgates as described in Article VI; (b) Implementation of the NERC-approved Congestion Management Process as described in Section 12.1.

Phase 2. Xxxxx 0, Xxxxxx to Non-Market, consists of the continuation of all Phase 1 elements (except those that have been completed or due to other circumstances cannot be continued) and, in addition, may consist of the following elements: (a) Reciprocal coordination of flowgates as described in Article VIVI and in the Congestion Management Process to be developed; (b) Implementation of the NERC-approved Congestion Management Process to be developed and as described in Section 12.1.
