PHASE 4 ‑ BASIC SERVICES ‑ CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SERVICES. In the Construction Documents phase Consultant shall provide those Basic Services necessary to prepare, from the approved Design Development Documents, construction documents consisting of drawings, specifications and other documents setting forth in detail the requirements for construction of the Project, as well as the documents pertaining to bidding and contracting for the construction of the Project (the “Construction Documents”).
