Common use of Phase II Fee Clause in Contracts

Phase II Fee. 4.4.2.1 When the Program Manager has developed and implemented a design coordination framework, including, if applicable, commissioning, which has been approved by the Using Agency and Owner, and the tasks set forth in Article 2.2.2(a) are completed, a sum equal to 15% of the Phase II fee.
